Our Staff

We have an executive director who works in Crookston on Mondays, Tuesdays and Fridays and in EGF on Wednesdays and Thursdays.  We have a program coordinator at both sites.  We have a case coordinator at both sites and a home coordinator in Crookston due to the larger size of the program.  Instructors are full time staff who possess a four year degree.  They work directly with the clients, implement and write outcomes.  They attend and often facilitate team meetings.  They provide direct care for three to five persons and are responsible for the programming and assessments.  Direct Support Professionls (DSP) are very similar except they do not have a bachelors degree.  They similarly work in the program but have a few less responsilbities.  We have an office manager in Crookston and a secretary who travel occasionally to EGF.  We have three hired drivers for the Crookston routes as they travel out of town.  Our staff do all the driving in EGF. 

Our longevity is amazing with an average length of employment over seven years.  We have four employees that have been with the agency over 30 years!  We have serveral staff that have been at the DAC over ten years!  This speaks volumes for our quality of service as this longevity assists our clients with routine and continuity.
